CHEERS40 — 40% off sitewide
Charlotte’s Web publishes one code openly, for military, veterans, first responders, nurses, teachers and students. Log into your account, then enter it at checkout. It does not apply to bulk sizes, bundles or gummy 3-packs — those are already discounted.
Bundle & Save — 30% off, applied for you
Curated 3–5 product packs carry the discount inside the price, so there is nothing to enter. The trade-off: because it is automatic, no code can be layered on top of it.
Subscribe & Save — 25% off the first order, 20% after
Pick a delivery interval on any product page — 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 or 12 weeks; every interval carries the same discount. Shipping is free on every subscription order regardless of value.
Rewards points — up to $50 off a single order
One point per dollar spent. 200 points converts to $10, and you can apply up to 1,000 points — $50 — to one order with no minimum spend. A product review adds 100 points. Points expire after 365 days.
Refer a friend — $20 each way
Your friend gets $20 off their first order of $50 or more. Once they buy, you get $20 off your next $50+ order. The cleanest way for two people to both save without touching a code.

The threshold is measured after discounts, so a 40% code can drop you back under it — worth checking before you commit. Below $75, ground shipping is $8.99. Subscription orders ship free at any value.
First-order offer — the code is emailed, not published
Charlotte’s Web lists a 20% first-purchase offer on its promotions page but publishes no public code for it; it is sent after you join the email or SMS list. We list it as a programme rather than a code, because there is no code string we can stand behind.
The stacking rule that decides your total
Charlotte’s Web allows one code per order, capped at 10 items per cart. Codes do not apply to bundles, Build Your Own Bundle, new releases or 6-count sample packs, and cannot be combined with the automatic bundle discount, Subscribe & Save, or a points redemption. In practice you are choosing between CHEERS40 or a bundle or a subscription — so work out which one is bigger on your specific cart before you check out.

The codes we did not publish

✕Eight codes we found elsewhere and rejected
In July 2026 the large coupon aggregators listed eight Charlotte’s Web codes between them — offers of 40%, 35%, 30%, 20% and a BOGO. Not one of them carried a recent working-verification stamp, and Charlotte’s Web’s store blocks automated checkout testing, so we could not prove a single one.
We publish none of them. A code that fails at checkout costs you the trip; leaving it off costs you nothing, because the 40% code below is bigger than every one of them anyway.
✓One number almost everyone gets wrong
Charlotte’s Web’s own promotions page still describes Subscribe & Save as 35% off the first order and 30% after. Most coupon sites copy that figure straight across.
The subscription plans the store actually offers — all seven intervals, read from the live product data on 27 July 2026 — apply 25% to the first order and 20% to the rest. That is the number on this page, because that is the number that shows up in your cart.

Before you check out
Does CHEERS40 work without an account?
No. Charlotte’s Web’s own instructions are explicit: log into your account, add your items, and make sure you are still logged in when you reach checkout. Entering the code as a guest is the most common reason people report it “not working”.
Is there a 40% code for everyone, not just those groups?
Not one that Charlotte’s Web publishes. CHEERS40 is tied to military, veterans, first responders, nurses, teachers and students. If you don’t qualify, the largest reliable discount is the 30% bundle price or the 25% first subscription order.
Can I use CHEERS40 on a bundle?
No — and this catches people out. Bundles, bulk sizes and gummy 3-packs are already discounted, so codes are excluded from them. Since only one discount applies per order, you are choosing between the code and the bundle, not adding them together.
Why don’t you list the codes I’ve seen on other sites?
Because we couldn’t prove any of them. When we checked in July 2026, none of the eight Charlotte’s Web codes circulating on the aggregators carried a recent working-verification, and the store blocks automated checkout testing, so there was no way to confirm them. We would rather publish six things that are true than fourteen that might not be.
Will a discount push me under the free-shipping threshold?
It can. The $75 threshold is measured after discounts, so a $110 cart with 40% off lands at $66 and picks up the $8.99 ground shipping charge. Subscription orders ship free at any value, which is sometimes the better route on a small order.
